Do you want to bring some much-needed movement into your office? Perhaps you want to make lunch that little bit more active? Maybe you wish to provide a post-work cool-down or are seeking to build meaningful relationships between staff?
Yoga mats can be borrowed free of charge if required by participants (7 available).
