More About My Services

Whether it’s a 1:1, public class or a corporate setting, I draw respectfully on a number of styles of yoga and mindfulness practices. These include:

  • Ashtanga Yoga

  • Yin Yoga 

  • Vinyasa Flow  

  • Seated Yoga

  • Children’s Yoga

  • Meditation 

Often hybridising the above practices (whilst respecting their origins), I consistently incorporate the following elements into my classes:

  • Pranayama (breath work)

  • Asana (physical postures)

  • Themes (e.g. office worker relief, anxiety relief, chakra focus) 

  • Intention setting 

I also take requests from students and can adapt classes in the moment to meet their needs. My classes can be silent or accompanied by music. I am fully insured. If you are interested in booking a yoga class with me, please email me as this website is still under construction.
